Lazada Customer Support Division:
Operates continuously during Tet, ready to assist sellers at any time.
Delivery Partners:
- Lazada Logistics: Off from February 9 to February 12.
- Giao Hàng Nhanh: Off from February 9 to February 13.
- J&T Express: Off from February 9 to February 13.
- Best Inc.: Off from February 9 to February 13.
- Grab (2-hour delivery): No holiday break.
- Ahamove:
- 2-hour delivery: Off from February 9 to February 11.
- Urgent delivery: Off from February 8 to February 12.
Special Notes:
- Check the work schedule of DOP pickup points here.
- Orders sent after 12 PM on February 8 will be processed on February 13.
- 2-hour delivery: Orders placed from 2 PM on February 8 to February 13 must be delivered before 10 AM on February 14, otherwise, orders will be cancelled and may incur penalties.
- Avoid changing orders to "Ready to Ship" when not working to avoid penalties.
- The schedule does not apply to the Central and Mekong regions.
Order Processing Time:
- For delivery orders: Change to "Ready to Ship" within 24 hours, handover within 48 hours.
- For orders sent at DOP delivery point: Handover within 48 hours.
Payment Schedule:
- Payments for the period from February 5-11 and from February 12-18 will be processed from February 19-25.
